I think Batman easily has this.

Im going with Batman

Agent 47 is definitely skilled and would be very dangerous. Batman would definitely need to be very cautious in confronting the assassin, but I asl feel like Batman has faced similar foes before; Deadshot, Deathstroke, League of Assassins. I know there are more, but I don't feel like going through all of that. With Batman's feats and the enemies that he has faced, i do not see 47 being able to do anything that he has not already faced before.

Unless the Dark Knight gets cocky and underestimates Ageny 47, i dont see him losing to him

Yeah, plus Batman has a much higher IQ. He'd learn his enemy and his environment faster than 47 would, giving him the advantage and the win.
