I'd want to vote for Ruby on this one but since this version of Van Helsing is a bad ass and from the Vatican, he may have a great deal of knowledge with dealing with demons. Ruby was a crafty demon but overall she was a low tier demon in the ranks of Supernatural.

With that said, i don't know too much about the Spirit. So who know, it could go either way
