Biollante is huge, yes, but she's kinda slow. Yes there was an instance where she kind of wiggled closer towards Godzilla but then she did not move for the entirety of the fight afterwards. Add on top of that she's got vines that will be easily destroyed by any of Ultraman's hundred energy rays, she's a huge target that can easily be hit, and her regeneration can be taxed by a Heisei Godzilla that was still not at his most powerful. Add to that the fact that this specific Ultraman, unlike other Showa Monsters, does not shy away from the fact that he has energy attacks and can attack the soul directly, he might have the capability to destroy Erika's soul and then there's no telling what happens to Biollante. Sure, she can turn into spores but if I recall correctly that took a lot out of her and it might leave her down for the count for the time being, giving Ultraman the chance to win by submission.

Most people will probably mention the fact that Ultraman cannot do this before the 3 minute timer is out, but let me just say that this has been a non-factor for a while now. He can and will outlast Biollante cause he's a lot more agile than her.

I actually agree. OG Ultraman could handle Biollante. It would be a close fight, but I could see Ultraman winning this fight the majority of the time.
