This one is tough. Mainly in the sense as I could see Dexter having a better chance of killing the team or doing is faster as he would be unassuming. 

At the same time, I don't see why he would target them.  

 

It could go either way in my opinion

Men of science usually are never fit to fight against the supernatural. They can't wrap their heads around how some specific thing could do the things they do, as seen when it comes to most straight men in horror movies. This Jurassic Park team is exactly that. Sure, they were fighting off against dinosaurs, but they were fighting them off cause they had a specific idea of how these dinosaurs worked due to the fact that they had previously studied them. Due to that, Imma have to go with the Evil Dead Deadites. Dexter just doesn't cut it out for me, they'd probably understand who was the killer between the 4 of them.
