They both cover a specific area of dishes that come from the Italy, which realistically is very close to the Iberian subcontinent in it's style of cooking but I think that Tonio could edge this out solely due to the fact that he would make the food in question able to heal various ailments. Agreed. If you were to try both of their meals, you'd pick the one that made you feel the best after eating it. Tonio's dishes have that added flair that could make up for any issues he may have with this dish.
