I'm gonna be honest, I had no idea Aqua counted as an anime character. With that being said, she might actually be far too powerful for this slot. Aqua managed to defeat Hades according to this website and if I remember correctly Hades took a punch from the face from Hercules who was doing stuff a lot stronger than street level around the time when he punched Hades.

That's been identified as an issue with most of the characters in this slot. Not many participants kept true to the intention here. I've been voting for the weaker participant in every fight.

Yeah, I don’t think it’s anybody’s fault, it’s just hard to hold anime characters (especially samurai) to a certain power level. That being said I still think Kenshin could win, he’s fast and deadly and just has to get a few quick strikes in on Aqua to take this. More input would be welcome though.

I mean, it's the fault of everyone who saw the category and decided to pick ridiculously overpowered characters knowing that they didn't actually fit.

Totally, there’s more than a few people I’ve seen in this category with crazy feats but I’m just anime always makes it hard for me to locate somebody’s power level. Even the samurai I picked is pretty close to street level when you first meet him, then he is fighting robot ships later in the series dodging their fire and then gets shot and killed by a handgun at the end of the series. I just have a tough time putting my finger on power levels usually with anime characters and I wonder if a few other people experienced that in this slot.
