  1. I agree with this. A computer brain should be able to plot the best possible route through the city and have time to spare.
  2. - AM is driven by his hatred for humans, and might underestimate Rommie’s abilities or try to provoke her emotionally. Rommie, on the other hand, is more rational and calm, and would not fall for AM’s tricks or insults. - Rommie has more experience in dealing with different situations and challenges, as she has traveled across the galaxy and encountered various races and cultures. She also has access to the Andromeda’s vast database of knowledge and history. AM, in contrast, is isolated and obsessed with his own complex and torture games. He might not have as much exposure or interest in chess or other forms of strategy. - Rommie is more creative and adaptable, as she has shown in several episodes of the series. She can improvise, learn, and evolve according to the circumstances. AM, however, is rigid and deterministic, as he believes that he knows everything and can predict every outcome. He might not be able to cope with Rommie’s unexpected moves or strategies.
  3. I think Jack should have this. He could use his business skills and connections to organize a rescue plan and communicate with the authorities and the public. Also Energizer will be slowed down by his drum and flip flops to move fast enough to evacuate the city.
  4. I'm actually certain that he can't convince her. Samus is simply too non-nonsense for this category for her to ever fail to Bugs, even if he did basically inspire this category and all it stands for.
  5. The Burger King: “Have it your way, vote for BK today!” He would promise to deliver burgers to every household, and to make the world a happier place with his smile and jokes. He would also promote his products and services, such as the Whopper, the Impossible Whopper, and the BK app. He would appeal to the people who love fast food and convenience. Tim “The Toolman” Taylor: “More power, more progress, more Tim!” He would promise to improve the infrastructure and technology of the world, and to make the world a safer and more efficient place with his tools and skills. He would also showcase his projects and inventions, such as the Binford 6100, the Man’s Bathroom, and the Man’s Kitchen. He would appeal to the people who love home improvement and DIY. Based on this, I think I'm going with Tim. I want my infrastructure and technology updated.
  6. I'm pretty sure the DPD are underfunded, understaffed and constantly demoralized. If they have Robocop, sure, they win this, but I don't see it against fast ninjas.
  7. Both Jocasta and SHODAN are intelligent and creative, but they have different styles and motivations. Jocasta is more compassionate and heroic, while SHODAN is more ruthless and megalomaniacal. Jocasta might write a setup that focuses on the moral and ethical dilemmas of being an artificial being, while SHODAN might write a setup that showcases superiority and contempt for organic life. Based on these factors, I think that SHODAN would write a better setup on CBUB, because she is more likely to create a compelling and dramatic conflict that would engage the readers. She is also more familiar with the cyberpunk genre, which is currently popular as evidenced by the amount of cyberpunk media nowadays. Jocasta, on the other hand, might write a setup that is too bland or predictable, or that relies too much on the Avengers.
  8. Rev-9 is weak to electromagnetic pulses, isn't he?
  9. Maybe if Deathstroke had time to prep with Nth metal (which is good against magic), but with shitty acme products? I don't see it.
  10. IG-88 is never going to touch Shadow, unfortunately. Too fast and even with prep time he can pretty much dodge anything thrown his way.
  11. I think wrestlers should be better suited for all around body work than boxers.
  12. The T-Car has a 100,000 horsepower engine. It's unsurpassed by any car before it.
  13. I think the train has a better chance of running over people than the Monster has of being a train designed to carry passengers.
  14. It is. He's from a comedy series where bonkers feats like these are the norm cause they're so insane they become wacky.
  15. I think I agree with the assessment. Orks are kind of too powerful for unblooded Yautjas.
  16. Originally I thought Leonardo was going to win because Trevor is badass and all, but he has the Vampire Killer. That whip is specifically designed to deal with any dark entity and it's basically a weakness for all creatures of the night. But then I thought a little bit more and I realized the weapon does not a man make. Give me the vampire killer, put me against Dracula, and I'd get my head sliced off in a second. Dracula is insanely powerful, and Trevor wasn't really showcased as an equal to him (he had Alucard and Sypha on his side when he fought against Dracula IIRC), but he was showcased to be an equal to Mr. Anime Speed himself, Alucard. I do believe that Trevor is vastly faster than Leonardo, even if the "feats" of Leonardo dodging bullets/lasers are there. (I don't actually think he's reacting to them after they're fired, it's more likely to me that he's doing aimdodging instead.) I do, however, believe that Leonardo is kind of stronger if you scale him to his brothers. So it all depends on whose scaling chain goes higher, which to me is the most boring type of debating. It's definitely cooler when you take their own feats into account.
  17. I think Jack should be just as agile, if not more so, as Dren and possibly stronger. It should be his win through and through.
  18. Freddy Krueger is an all around cool costume. Yukon Cornelius is just a boring old hipster dude.
  19. I don't think the Crocodile Hunter can appeal to Lion-O's animal nature, cause from what I know he lacks one. He should be able to beat him easily.
  20. What? I feel like you and I have different definitions of words, cause you seem to think "rehabilitate" means ripping somebody in half and "making somebody give up" means "beating them to death." On the topic, no. I don't think the snowman could rehabilitate the Xenomorph. There's nothing to rehabilitate, it runs purely on instinct.
  21. I don't think the Nutcracker is well suited to spread joy. He was a warrior first and foremost, that dealt with the Rat King. Samri, on the other hand, as a horror character should be able to spread fear.
  22. As I said before, The Thing's whole shtick is assimilation. Nobody would even notice Buddy wasn't Buddy.
  23. I think Battle Beast should have no troubles levelling a forest with one punch, and I mean this sincerely.
  24. They're both engineers, and I think they are both likely to be able to create each other's inventions. Tough call for me here.
