I don't know about Ash, but Dutch is getting on one of those lifeboats whether the other passengers like it or not. Dutch also has resistance to pain and is a peak human physically, so I like his chances of surviving in the frozen waters better than Ash. He's beaten more than one predator, and even if they do "nerf" themselves I'd say a predator is every bit as deadly as any demonic thing Ash has fought.

The Mach Five's saws should rip apart the DB5. Mach Five also has bulletproof and crashproof capabilities. Mach Five will literally drive circles around the bond car and rip it apart.

So Venom has an edge in that he doesn't need to breathe, but that shouldn't be an issue for Static who can keep Venom away from him with forcefields. Even if statics breather gets trashed he'll just fix it, so it shouldn't end up being a game changer even if Venom somehow reaches him. What will be a game changer is Static's ability to create heat. He can mimic blowtorches powerful enough to melt through thick steel quickly. And while I think this is a bit of an edge case, Static's control of his powers could even allow him to separate the symbiote from its host. It's not a particular weakness, but from what I can gather it does hurt if powerful enough. Static does generate powerful electric shocks, and electricity does generate heat, plus a lightning bolt can pretty easily light some trees on fire.

An insane bird bouncing around shitting itself is literally the worst possible spokesperson for underwear. If you want disposable briefs in case of an accident, then you also want discretion. The commercial for this isn't a bird flinging feces everywhere, it's people leading their normal lives and not worrying about their underwear.

If this was Tony the Tiger there's an argument to be made for the cereal mascot, but Sonny has nothing here. Not a sexy bird. Flo makes insurance interesting, I'm sure she can handle underwear.

I think these two are pretty even in terms of gadgets and such, but the Mach Five just roars ahead with speed and maneuverability. Whether you think of this as a race to a finish line or just which car is left standing, the Mach Five should come out on top.

The movie version of Spidey isn't near as strong/fast/skilled as the comics version. Mystique could actually win based on skill.

It does have that one, very cool trick. But the Mach Five has a multitude of cool things going for it. As an individual trick, the novelty of going invisible is better than any individual piece of the Mach Five. But the sum is greater than its parts, and the Mach Five has enough going for it to draw the crowd's love.
