"Mnn... Not a bad idea there. Everyone's been wanting to see those rabbits in the same flick. It's got potential." Director scrabbles a note. "Who's next?"

"Well, who is gonna be your co-star? Maybe the Mysteries, Inc. Guys? Scooby Doo meets Darkwing Duck. Has potential boy, it does. I'll keep that on the drawing board." The Director replied, scrabbling down some notes. OOC - Make sure you mention a toon as a co-star besides your own in the future with these. For this setup it was easy to drop Scoob and the gang in so officially this plot is - Darkwing Duck featuring Mysteries Inc.

OOC - Below, post your scene description do it IN CHARACTER, as if your writer is talking to the Director. Make sure that I know a name for your writer, and which toon is the star and co star of your scene. You may begin posting as of 11/26. Also, feel free to interact with each other at the "table", as it may influence my choices of scenes at the end of this meeting.

Writer's Meeting The Director looked across the room. Where years ago he once saw a group of frazzled looking yet well dressed men, staring down a long table at him like some medieval monarch, now it was a circular and he saw the tops of heads hidden behind a sea of laptop computers. Gone were the good old days. "Listen up, you. I want us to use every member of our talent that we can in this next push. If one of our pictures doesn't break a hundred mil this year the stockholders are going to lynch me, and by extension, all of you. So, you all have the list of characters, and you are supposedly the best writers that money can buy, or at least that we have in our budget, so get cracking! Give me those ideas, and I'll look em over and separate the wheat from the chaff, the cream from the milk, yada yada yada." He paused. "SO? Get to WOIK!" Good luck!

Doctor Strange put his plan into motion. He used eldritch shielding and a tether to the Kid Flash and allowed any who wanted to be 'towed' for the ride behind to enter the bubble before sealing it tightly against the coming wind shear. "All Aboard. Destination unknown."

"Am I correct in assuming that I am providing said conveyance as we discussed earlier or are all of us providing our own means of locomotion?"

Tooniversal Studios The year, is 2011. The world, far sillier than a human mind, even the great Monty Python, could ever conceive. The Objective, to make money. Lots of it. I mean, a lot. Way more than you could ever spend and... ahem. There are two types of Characters in this RP, and each player must have one of each. Signups are limited to 16 players. The first type are called "Writers". Writers are responsible for making up ONE plotline for their Toon, and picking another player's Toon as Co-Star. This is the representation of the PLAYERS. Assume they are YOU, no powers no funky stuff required. The second type are called "Toons". Toons accept assignments from "The Director" (read the GM) and play out their scenes. "The Director" looks over all of the writers submissions and picks a number of them, role-played out via posts in the "Writers Meeting" making sure all Toons are used only once in the round of scenes. Then the Toons get their assignments. Every Writer who has their scene picked gets a Sawbuck. Realize only half of the Writers' scenes will get picked, and if no combination of scenes will use all the Toons only once, he sends the whole pile back to the Writers for Revision. Rejected Scenes can be resubmitted in following rounds. A Scene runs as follows: 1)The Director Posts the initial Setup of the scene, and in that post introduces the Star of the scene. 2)The Toon Starring in that scene continues the story, making sure to introduce the Co-Star in that second post. 3)The Toon Co-Starring in that scene posts an introductory post, acknowledging the Star in that post. 4)From this point on, the Star, and Co-Star alternate posting, furthering the story, and each get a total of 10 posts before the Director will "Cut" the scene due to budgetary restrictions, so when you do post you better make it good (at least a paragraph or two) *Note - the director will insert one Guest Star into every scene, at a random time, where appropriate. The end result is a scene with 24 posts - Director Setup, Star Intro, Co-Star Intro, Guest Star Cameo, and 10 more posts from both the Star and Co-Star. Be aware of how many posts remain! You might want to include an OOC note at the end of your posts to remind you of how much "film" you have left, because no one likes an unfinished scene and it will likely get no votes! At the conclusion of all scenes all of the players vote on the funniest scenes NOT involving their Toon. Every Vote is one "Starbuck" After 12 rounds, the Toon/Writer combo (read: Same user) with the most "Starbucks" is declared the champion. Then a new round begins. Characters must be from a "Cartoon" Read: Not a serious character. No Batman, Monkey D. Luffy, or Ranma 1/2 (although the Power Puff Girls would be acceptable.) They can be a single Toon or a small group (i.e. The Warner Brothers & and the Warner Sister). Remember, you also have a "Writer" character, which you are responsible for at least creating a name for, to roleplay out the first portion of the each round, the Writer's meetings. You can use a name that is not your own, but it doesn't need to be a fleshed out character, just something the Director can call you at the meetings. The Director has just announced that he himself will take a stab at writing and has hired TWO Toon duos to add to the mix! The Director has done this so that the game may begin with an odd number of players. Any player may choose either of the Director's Toons in their proposed scenes, though each may only be used once per round. The Director does not earn Starbucks nor does he vote for the funniest scenes except in case of a tie. Super Chicken and Fred! Boris Badenov and Natasha Fatale! SIGNUPS ARE CLOSED! Noticed, but as long as you can RP him in the meetings, all we really need are names there, they're literally self-inserts.

"What destination would that be, might I inquire?" He questioned.

"Indeed. Then perhaps you are unrelated to our current predicament. We appear to have been brought here by forces as yet undetermined for reasons as yet unknown. I suppose all there is to do, is to explore a bit more, seeing as you seem to have less information pertaining to our group being brought in from all over the cosmos. Unless, perhaps you have some bits of knowledge that you might find useful to us?"

"Then, might I at least inquire as to the length of your interment on this desolate world? I may be able to derive some clue as to this situation's origins if I were able to ascertain its genesis."

Mutters something about trying to do too many RPs at once and backs his characters out of the RP. Maybe next time.

"Might you have some additional elucidation on the particulars of our current predicament? If so I am sure both I and my colleagues here would be most appreciative."

"I'm assuming they've been wandering this wasteland for some time. Alas, any spell that I would cast that would revivify them would also make them slumber for some hours, and I doubt we have that kind of time at the moment."
