SSGoku with Ellisra: Johnny Bravo meets the Animaniacs "Bravo, Animaniacs!" A bus pulls up to the station with a jerk. Out steps our man with his trademarked triangular build, sunglasses and blonde pompadour hairdo. "Whooa Momma!" He comments, looking around. "I always wanted to come to Hollywood. Momma always said I could be anything I wanted to be, so I'm gonna be a star!" "Hey stupid! This isn't Hollywood, it's Burbank!" A random passerby tells Johnny, pointing into the distance at the Warner Tower. "Well, they still make movies in Burbank, so it's good enough for me." Johnny replies, and starts out towards the Studios. ROLL IT!

Bigballerju AND Jason Voorhees fan "A Tail of Two Rabbits: Bugs vs Roger" The camera zooms in on the big city. Massive skylines loom. Cars fill the streets. The sound of the hustle and bustle that is the big city. As we continue to zoom in, we notice a tiny patch of green inside this concrete jungle. A well manicured patch of grass, a mailbox, a perfectly round hole in the ground. Wait! The camera pans back. A hole in the ground? Zooming in again, the camera angle heads directly towards that hole until it is suddenly jerked dizzyingly skyward. "Wouldya mind terribly not shoving a camera into my house without knocking?" The camera angle settles on the mailbox, which reads 'B. Bunny' "Eeeeh. What's Up Doc?" ROLL IT!

Tooniversal Studios The year, is 2011. The world, far sillier than a human mind, even the great Monty Python, could ever conceive. The Objective, to make money. Lots of it. I mean, a lot. Way more than you could ever spend and... ahem. There are two types of Characters in this RP, and each player must have one of each. Signups are limited to 16 players. The first type are called "Writers". Writers are responsible for making up ONE plotline for their Toon, and picking another player's Toon as Co-Star. This is the representation of the PLAYERS. Assume they are YOU, no powers no funky stuff required. The second type are called "Toons". Toons accept assignments from "The Director" (read the GM) and play out their scenes. "The Director" looks over all of the writers submissions and picks a number of them, role-played out via posts in the "Writers Meeting" making sure all Toons are used only once in the round of scenes. Then the Toons get their assignments. Every Writer who has their scene picked gets a Sawbuck. Realize only half of the Writers' scenes will get picked, and if no combination of scenes will use all the Toons only once, he sends the whole pile back to the Writers for Revision. Rejected Scenes can be resubmitted in following rounds. A Scene runs as follows: 1)The Director Posts the initial Setup of the scene, and in that post introduces the Star of the scene. 2)The Toon Starring in that scene continues the story, making sure to introduce the Co-Star in that second post. 3)The Toon Co-Starring in that scene posts an introductory post, acknowledging the Star in that post. 4)From this point on, the Star, and Co-Star alternate posting, furthering the story, and each get a total of 10 posts before the Director will "Cut" the scene due to budgetary restrictions, so when you do post you better make it good (at least a paragraph or two) *Note - the director will insert one Guest Star into every scene, at a random time, where appropriate. The end result is a scene with 24 posts - Director Setup, Star Intro, Co-Star Intro, Guest Star Cameo, and 10 more posts from both the Star and Co-Star. Be aware of how many posts remain! You might want to include an OOC note at the end of your posts to remind you of how much "film" you have left, because no one likes an unfinished scene and it will likely get no votes! At the conclusion of all scenes all of the players vote on the funniest scenes NOT involving their Toon. Every Vote is one "Starbuck" After 12 rounds, the Toon/Writer combo (read: Same user) with the most "Starbucks" is declared the champion. Then a new round begins. Characters must be from a "Cartoon" Read: Not a serious character. No Batman, Monkey D. Luffy, or Ranma 1/2 (although the Power Puff Girls would be acceptable.) They can be a single Toon or a small group (i.e. The Warner Brothers & and the Warner Sister). Remember, you also have a "Writer" character, which you are responsible for at least creating a name for, to roleplay out the first portion of the each round, the Writer's meetings. You can use a name that is not your own, but it doesn't need to be a fleshed out character, just something the Director can call you at the meetings. The Director has just announced that he himself will take a stab at writing and has hired TWO Toon duos to add to the mix! The Director has done this so that the game may begin with an odd number of players. Any player may choose either of the Director's Toons in their proposed scenes, though each may only be used once per round. "We ain't had a good monster flick in years. And since we got the big lizard on our payroll may as well make him earn his sushi. Not a bad idea, and, I must say I like your style. OOC - It seems most all of us have made decisions and I need to clarify something about them. 1) Your idea must star YOUR toon, and feature someone ELSE's toon as a costar 2) You must be clear which is the protagonist and antagonist when I call for a summary. So, look over your suggestions, make sure that you go by these guidelines, and post me an OOC post below stating 1) which toon is the STAR (namely YOUR toon) 2) which toon is the COSTAR (The other person's toon) 3) Which toon is the protagonist 4) which toon is the antagonist If you double up with someone else, (as in pick a costar someone else has picked) dont worry about it. Its my job to make revisions as the director.

"That is entirely a matter of perspective, my fine sir." Strange said, lowering the group to the ground and dispelling the bubble. "If you ask if we are here to cause trouble in your fine city I would hazard a guess as to that, and that would be no, we come in peace. If you are affiliated with the random horde of orcs and wargs we just dispatched before arriving here, then we would decidedly not be allied with you."

"I guess it was a good thing that the boys upstairs started letting the fairer sex into these meetings after all. All you're missing is a good hook. Something they both want, so they just don't give up and go their separate ways. Think on that." The Director scrabbles a note down. OOC - The Animaniacs featuring Bugs Bunny.

"I already got your story idea jotted down here, I'm gonna push this through to my drawing board stage. See if the boys upstairs like it. And what is it with you gum-chewers? Can't ya even get it out of yer mouth when yer talkin to someone important?" OOC - Noted that Roger Rabbit with Bugs Bunny is a final answer for this writer, and noted one small odd typo in the post (wdon'tnt ? ) Guessing this was an overenthusiastic typing frenzy where - we don't - was transmogrified. Just keep an eye on your typing because once we get to the actual scenes everyone is going to be voting on your writing quality as well as style.

"First of all, don't talk to me with that pen in your mouth I can barely understand you kid. Sylvester and Son are, in the 'tagonist' area, are more 'an' than 'pro' so it's not likely they'd be working 'with' Darkwing, but it's possible they could be framed for the crime. Toss that idea out I think. You hit on something there, my boy, with your second idea. John Arbuckle taking care of Sylvester instead of Garfield and Garfield stuck with Sylvester Jr is sheer genius, though you need good writing to pull it off." OOC - Please, please proofread your posts, as there are spelling and punctuation and grammar errors easily fixed even with a web browser's built in spell checker going on here. I would very much like it if you respected this RP, your own abilities, and the enjoyment of everyone involved enough to at least make sure you aren't misspelling things so casually, especially when most web browsers will underline your mistakes in red as you type them.

The director stared at him for some time. "The Ghosts of Scooby Doo, eh? Sort of a Sixth Sense kinda feel, but with a superhero? With a spoonful of that Star Trek episode where Kirk's floating around all ghost-like in that Hazmat suit?" he clicks his pen a few times. "This has the feeling of a seriously thought out plot here. Which is scary. Cause those are either big bucks, or big flops." OOC - Quicksilver & Scooby-Doo with the "Not Dead Yet" Mysteries Inc. Gang

UPDATE! - Once your "Writer" has decided on a plot and a costar for his Toon, please post an OOC comment about your decision. You can post one tentatively but once you include the words FINAL DECISION then that will be the one registered for your Writer.

"Man has a point. You got anything in that Harvard educated spoon fed brain of yours, kid?" The director panned.

"Possibly, possibly... We could use a big budget pic like that. It has possibility. Set the whole thing in the 1920's and give Dastardly and Muttley their old wacky racers Biplane and you have at least a dozen comedy cliches' Though more than one of you now has asked for Dastardly, might be some tricky contract negosh there...
