I've always been fond of Skirmisher's matches, specifically the old ones he did with the GE vs the UNSC.

 

Also, there was a really badass match a long time ago, with Quetzalcoatl vs Belldandy, unfortunately, I don't remember the author. Whoever that was, that match is one of my favorites.
