Dr. Buddy Rydell thinks he can cure the murderous halfbreeds of their anger towards humanity and sets out to find them.

The halfbreeds are fighting Zeku as he decides taking them out is good ninja training. 

Rydell will try to stop the fighting and get all sides to listen to him
