In a weird flash of light Batman and Wolverine were staring each other down. Who will win?

 

They're fighting in a warehouse full of fork-lifts, boxes, shelves, old TV's, and other junk.

Despite some of Wolvie's PIS feats, he is an insane combatant. Very fast, strong, and deadly.

 

He slices Bats into little bits.

Wolverine most likely wins. He has the healing factor and H2H ability to hang with Batman. 9 times out of ten he slices him to bits in this situation.

 

Both have been stated to know just about every known form of combat, however as Bats is only of peak human physical attributes while Wolverines quickness, senses, endurance, durability and agility are above peak human clearly gives Wolvie the advantage.

 

Batman's only clear fighting advantage over Wolverine is his intelligence and ability to think clearly in battle, but this situation doesn't make those a big enough factor to give him a win.
