Pulgasari is one of those characters I never expected to see on here. As far as I can tell, all he had going for him was the fact that he was completely immune to conventional weaponry, had some control of heat and ate metal. He's kind of a run of the mill kaiju, as every one character in this bracket I feel is immune to conventional weaponry. With that being said, I feel like he might have a good chance against the Tigerzord if he sees it as prey.
