I think Morgan certainly has this one. She is the daughter of wealth and she is the daughter of Iron Man. 

She has fortune and access to an awesome looking armored suit in her garage that would certainly make Calvin look the dressed up

The Starks would have a lot of fancy stuff but most of it is voice activated and protected by Friday so I’m sure they child proofed the shit out of their house. Good luck getting into those metal suits Morgan. Lucky for her Calvin has a great imagination and would come up some colorful choices for dress up costumes.

I think even if there are child safety locks on the armors, she can still get her hands on the helmets and such. As seen in the movie.

I think given access to the same materials, Calvin does better. And since the scenario is "Which can make the other one look best?", it seems the case that they are together and have the same resources.
