I'm leaning toward Spider-man, but the terrain favors Daken and his pheramones might tip the scales in his favor.

Daken already defeated Spider-Man once, iirc, via his Pheromones.

Tom makes a good point. With the forest Daken could definitely catch Spiderman with his phermones as he spreads it around and honestly it would be very easy. I see Daken winning as well. This is the guy who owned his father and almost killed Skaar. Daken unlike his father fights smart from the start in a lot of his battles and uses all his skills.

If we are thinking of the same fight, then no Spidey won.  Daken was using his pheromones to mess with his depth perception and what not.  So Spidey closed his eyes and used his spider senses to knock out Daken.

Spiderman and Daken I think fought more then once. I remember one of the fights Spiderman entered Avengers Tower pretending to be Venom and beat the crap out of him before throwing him into a electric generator.

That is the one I was thinking of.  Spidey over came the pheromones through spider sense.

Plus, the forest setting really plays to Spidey's agility.
