Jurassic Park vs The City Of Rapture

If the inhabitants of Jurassic Park, all of the dinosaurs from the island in the first film, were suddenly let loose in Rapture, just teleported in, could the residents of Rapture repel the reptilian invasion? Could they kill/capture/whatever every dinosaur before the city was destroyed? Rapture has no idea the dinosaurs are coming. The dinosaurs are all very angry and will attack the residents of Rapture.
