The joker is too well known to be as random and weird as Mr. Outstanding is. Mr. Outstanding doesn't even exist. Also, two of his powers will be revealed now that the Joker doesn't possess: telekinesis, and the ability to turn the tears of his enemies into ambiguous energy blasts (his signature power). As far as madness goes, the Joker has but to take a glimpse into the tangled miasmic maze that is Mr. Outstanding's brain, and he will get down on all fours and foam at the mouth.

 

 

But if you want to know the truth . . . the joker is a better human being. *hangs head.
