Well Jaeger already said it but I might as well voice my opinion. The Bleach side will win this they are faster in general as compared to the YuYu side. Each of the captains also bring their own set of skills which would affect the individual fights.

MMA it self is a spectacle. MMA in a true Hand to hand fight would be better than nothing and would even be better than many disciplined martial arts. But lets take an MMA fighter who has only fought inside the ring and never in a street fight. Because of the amount of rules that restrain you in MMA such as groin hits, eye gouging, biting, hair pulling the other guy is not gonna follow those and do whatever it takes to win.

There are a couple of reasons that I disregard MMA. The main reason is that it is a sport. The whole purpose of it is to provide a spectacle. That's not to say the MMA fighters aren't good. But I'm saying that in MMA there are to many rules that just hinder the MMA fighter to much. Which is why I believe there are several more disciplined martial arts better than it. Such as krav maga, Aikido, Systema, and various others.
