Thomas Grabiel and his gang of cyber terrorists set up shop in Vice City and begin stealing money. One of the businesses he steals from is a bank owned by the powerful Vercetti Crime Family. Tommy is tiped off by a hacker working for him about who Thomas Grebiel is and were is is in Vice City. He learns that they have set up shop in an office building. Tommy quickly gets a team of Mafia foot soliders and Wiseguys. With his hit team ready Half of the team enters from the ground floor and the other from the roof. They put C4 on a Helicoptor parked on the roof to prevent any one from escaping in it. Grabiel and his gang are alerted to the hit but did not expect them to arrive as soon as they did. They get there weapons ready.
