His debauchery had brought many down to infamy, including a man named Dorian Gray whose townhouse the Ripper beast was said to have originated.

Tracking it down, the party entered the house and was assailed by the haunts within, culminating in the united desire to burn it.

From Rudolph, they learn where this place is and of a potential ally named Ireena who could very well be the opening key for the various towns that lie across the land of Barovia.
