"Explain to me again, why you hired my squad to do this mission, Mr. President?", These were the words spoken by a voice that belonged to mercenary Aust Williams, as the Australian man, began smoking a cigarette, while the president of the U.S, Mark Padilla sighed and after a couple of minutes, responded. "Because, it would be just like another Vietnam, Williams. Those...things would be killing men left and right, and you know who they would put the blame on? Me of course!! I plan, on being popular with the people and invading a foreign country, even if its for a good cause, but it will cause many American troop's lives, will make me look dangerous in the eyes of the American public! I bet you already know about the 'second Korean war' that everybody keeps blabbing about, its nonsense. North Korea attacked one of South Korea's major citites and being SK's ally, I simply helped drive back North Korean forces. I tell you this, because it might factor in your decision to accept this mission. I ask of you, even thought you are not American, will you find it in your heart to aid the U.S's allies in this crisis?", The president sternly asked as Aust chuckled and after taking a quick whiff of his cigarette, he said that he would do it but only because the job paid well. " Just let me get my squad together, and we will be ready to go.", Aust said, as he flicked the cigarette at the president only for one of his secret service men to grab it and crush it.

Kicking in the door of the room, that his five teammates were in Aust smiled as he said he accepted the job and that with his squad's skill, it would be done in no time and with the amount of money that will be given if the job is completed, will be enough for all of them except maybe Frankenstein to retire. His teammates looked at him with enthusiasm, except for again Frankenstein who was busy polishing his sniper rifle, which was a Zastava M91 which had been made in Frankenstein's home country of Serbia. But, Frankie didn't tell even Aust his country, the only way Aust found out was from reading his sniper's background files. Apparently, Frankenstein was regarded as the best sniper in the entire Serbian Army and only left to join Aust's squad was because he 'had reasons'. For some reason even the files didn't state. Frankenstein was freakishly tall at 7,4 and wore a mask for some reason. But, it couldn't have been to hide his voice as he rarely spoke in the first place. Aust knew he was perfect for the role as thier sniper because he had heard of him before. He was obviously the squad's sniper. Aust thinks Frankie was at least 20 or 22, but he wasn't really sure. The next one was the squad's driver Bernard who was the only one out of the group who actually wore his helmet(Which was a full face bike helmet but still) Bernard hailed from France which of course made Aust, think he was weak. After receiving a stern beating from the Frenchman, and seeing how fast and focused his hands were, Aust allowed him to be the only one whop drives the Squad's bulletproof Hummer. Although, Bernard disliked guns and preferred using his hands at Aust's orders he was forced to at least have a French MAB PA-15 Pistol on him at all times. Their explosives handler Raynor Pell was from Norway, and always kept a couple fragmentation grenades, along with some smoke and flash bang ones on himself as well. He almost always carried a M72 LAW with him. Raynor surprised Aust and all the rest of the squad, minus Frankie by doesn't really feel emotions by being able to wear the LAW on his back and not really feel hindered by it. Although he seemed kind of strange, the young 21 year old Norwegian was a nice addition to the squad. After those three was Aust's favorite and youngest member, Nicholas Voleisehik who was born in the former U.S.S.R and was the youngest at 18 while Aust was the oldest at 28. Nick was Aust's second in command and if anything were to happen to Williams, Nick would become squad commander. His job was to help Aust make decisions on important things or help each other out. He had a Nagant M1895 as his sidearm, while he had a PPSH-41 strapped onto his back. Nick, always felt since Aust was his commander, he was aslo his master and so he would risk even his life for his Командир. Aust, knew Nick felt this way and always tried to discourage him from giving his life for a dirty bastard like himself. But, it always ended in the same way with Nick getting his feelings hurt and thinking that Aust hated him for trying to save him. But, then their was the last member that Aust didn't particularly like, maybe it was because he was an loud and proud, ands lets not forget obxnious American from New Jersey named Leo Winters who always wore his red bandanna around his mouth, as he kept his M4 Carbine , slung over his shoulder. He also kept his two trusty throwing knives in his pockets.

Aust, didn't really like Leo because the American always harassed the rest of the crew and would pick fights with all of them, except for Frankenstein who Leo said 'gave him the creeps'. While he was thinking about that, he remembered that Frankenstein was the only one out of his squad that he never fought. Well, that and Nicholas but he didn't want to hurt the boy. The leader of the group shrugged as he thought Frankie could probably kick his ass. Those Serbs are tough mofos, as Leo puts it. That quote brought on a smile as Aust remembered how Leo compared Frankenstein to a dumb 'Polack or Ruskie' and Frankie didn't say anything until after he nailed Leo right in the nose. The Australian cringed at how loud the bones in Leo's nose broke as Frank then brushed off his hand and walked away. Leo never called Frank anything after that. Anyway, back onto Leo, he was the reserve guy that was supposed to be 'backup'. But, on every mission Leo has been on, ended up with him having to get saved. Aust would have spared both himself and his other teammates the headache of dealing with Leo, by kicking him off the squad, but for all its worth, Leo is a pretty tough guy and even if he can't shoot worth a damn, he is great with knives. So, even though he hates the guy, Leo is good to have on the team. Now that everybody is introduced, Aust told them all to get ready to go Russia, because he had accepted the mission.

This garnered cheers from his teammates, and soon the squad was all armed and ready to go. Once they all filed into the helicopter, the gang except for Bernard who had to fly the helicopter all the way into Yaroslavl, as they would be going only to the cities the president had assigned them to go to, which included Moscow to look for any survivors. After enough time passed by, the squad was finally their. Awaiting them was a bulletproof hummer which had been sent by the president. Once, they landed and today was the beginning of their two day time limit before the president assumed them dead and nuked Russia. As they all got into the hummer, Aust turned on "Hey Jude", by the Beatles, which got mixed reactions from his squad mates.

"Ahh, you all just shut up. I happen to like this music but whether or not you guys do remains to be seen! So just shut the *uck up and enjoy the ride!", Aust yelled, as the car was filled with moans and groans because everybody in the car except for Aust, hated the Beatles. But, Aust had a special place for them in his heart except John, he never liked him because of what he did to poor Julian. He even had his harmonica signed by Paul and Ringo. Although Aust was bad at any instrument, the harmonica was the only one that Aust impressed his squad mates with, and his skills even got Frankenstein to revel to him that he too played the harmonica but because of some reason he is unable to play anymore. In his honor Aust stopped playing until Frankenstein regained the ability to, even though Aust knew deep down in his heart that would never happen. But it couldn't hurt to dream. After arriving near the first place which was St.John's church, Aust motioned for Raynor to lay down a shot with his LAW to blow down the locked metal gate entrance to the church, which mind you was surrounded on all sides by rotties or better known as ...zombies.. The Norwegian did as he was told and after firing off a missile, after the smoke cleared the gate was down and nearly all of the rotties laid scattered around in various pieces. Not wanting to let the remaining rotties get to the civilians inside, Benard was ordered to park the hummer right by the entrance of the church as he stayed inside the car so no Rotties could find someway past the hummer, while the rest of the squad went in and seeing that their were at least 1,200 people in the church most of them varying between elderly people and young women and children. After being scolded for breaking down the gate, Aust not being good with words motioned for Nick to speak.

"Vell, ello thier my fellow Russians. We promise you if you simply come with us, these undead bastards will bother you no more!", Nick said as the people were surpringsly convinced and agreed to be picked up. So Aust called in headquarters and said that the survivors in St. John's church were willing to go. As the president responded and said that he would have a helicopter come and pick them up. It would stay their for the two days until Russia was nuked, or all the people have been found. After checking quite a few more buildings, Aust confirmed that St. John's church was the only major location of survivors, and with that the group got back into the car ,as Frankenstein stuck the barrel of his rifle out the window, just incase any rotties tried getting to close to the car. After the group arrived at Volgograd, the sound of a person screaming for help was coming from a somewhat ruined apartment building. Bernard, who recognized the voice, got out of the car and yelled for the person's name. The person replied that his name was Samuel and that he knew his name was Bernard. The others were confused as Aust asked his driver who Sam was.

"He used to be my partner in the French Foreign Legion. Sam!! It is me your friend Bernard!!", The excited Frenchman screamed as he removed his helmet to show Sam that it really was him. This only got a chuckle from his 'friend' as he said that he would now show Bernard how strong their friendship was. Frankenstein was the only one who noticed as he screamed for Bernard to get down. But, it was too late the last action the Frenchman committed was screaming in terror as Sam shot him right in the head with his sniper rifle. The group gasped in shock as thier driver and comrade fell to the ground dead before he even hit it, as the rest of them took a hiding spot behind the hummer. Aust was cursing by this point and was about ready to go in and shove a grenade up Sam's ass, but Frank of all people stopped him and told him to keep looking for survivors.

"Huh?! But Frankie, he just killed Bernard!!", Aust yelled, as Frankie nodded and surprised everyone except Aust who was the only one before that point to have heard Frankenstein's voice, with how deep it was.

"I understand Aust, but please if you really want to make Bernard's untimely death mean something, you will go on with the rest of the group and make sure no more casualties occur. I will stay here and deal with this bastard. If I die, I will die knowing I took out the one who killed my пријатељу (Serbian for friend) What was it Bernard always used to say? Ah, viva le француска!!"( Serbian for France) The normally mute Serbian yelled as he took out his Zastava M91 sniper rifle and he scared off Sam long enough with a warning shot , which gave Aust and Leo enough time to drag Bernard's corpse in the car as Raynor began driving off, leaving Frankenstein to hide behind a broken slab of stone. Reloading his gun, Frankenstein leaned over the stone, and fired breaking the window Sam was hiding behind. The Serb smiled underneath his mask, as he could hear the Frenchman cursing as the glass cut him. But ducked back down ,as he heard his opponent loading his own sniper rifle. The Serbian sniper sighed as he knew it would take a while for him to find his comrades, that is if he survived this fight. To make matters worse, it began to rain. But no matter what, Frankenstein was loyal to his comrades, and would make sure this fool paid with his life, for killing Bernard.

Meanwhile, Aust had buried Bernard's body in a special little grave he and Raynor made for their deceased friend. Aust, being the squad leader knew he couldn't show any emotion so he just patted Nick on the back , who was crying after seeing one of his friends get killed. Raynor, was upset as well but wasn't particularly close to Bernard and so he only shed some tears. Leo, was perhaps the maddest one as he was cursing the whole time, Raynor helped Aust dig the grave for Bernard, as he set his helmet and pistol by the grave. All of them then gave thier comrade a respected salute as they then all look into the Volgograd train station. As, they searched around they saw a door on the train, all bent out of shape as if something had bent the steel doors like they were made out of puddy or something. Aust, not wanting to take any chances has Raynor use a grenade to blow open the door. The group ducks to avoid any potational shrapnel, as they march in looking around for any survivors, only to get slammed to the ground, as the train begins...MOVING?!?!

"Oh, what the *uck?! First Bernard gets sniped, now this shit!!", Aust screamed as Raynor covered Nick's ears. The commander, knew it couldn't have been a rottie , as none of the ones he had seen were smart enough to even know how to tie shoes, let alone how to turn a train on. So, telling Raynor and Leo to protect Nick, he crawled toward the conductor's room, but stopped when he saw two grenades, which were wired to go off, if anyone tried to open the door. It was after finding that out, Aust knew it must have been a deranged survivor who was moving the train. Knowing the man couldn't possibly hear him over the sound of the train roaring on the tracks, so he just took out his shotgun, and after stepping back far enough, he fired a slug at the door, activating the grenades, and a scream could be heard as the smoke cleared and their was nothing left of the door. But their was a man who although his legs were bent in horrible ways, he was still cussing out the Australian and his comrades, who not caring about the man's severe leg injuries slammed him against the wall and asked him if their were any other survivors on the train. It was at this point, Aust noticed the ...*uncreative* swastika patch sown into the man's left arm sleeve. This made Raynor snatch the man from his commander, and began beating him savagely because his grandparents had died in the holocaust...and this man looked old enough to have been around when that happened. As it seemed Raynor, wasn't going to stop until the man was dead, Aust calmed him down and asked the man again, if their were any survivors. The man whose face didn't look very...well normal after Raynor stopped hitting him laughed as he simply said that he heard about Bernard's death and would make sure the rest of them suffered the same fate. He then slammed his fist down on the brakes of the train, which nearly sent Raynor and Aust flying through the glass, as Leo was knocked out from hitting his head on the steel wall. Aust, then saw with fear in his eyes the huge mob of rotties waiting for the train to stop.

"Now, you will all die!!Hahahah!", These were the last words that this Russian *uncreative* would ever get out as Raynor lifted him up and chucked him through the glass, straight to the rotties who instantly tore into him as the train then barreled through the zombies that didn't get out of the way. But amazingly, some who were just a torso, a head and one arm managed to grab onto the train and tried to leap at the gang, only for Aust to blow all of their brains out with his shotgun. Aust then had the group look for any survivors, as the hissing train came to a stop. Indeed their were survivors but they were just part of the Russian National Socialist party, but after Raynor coldly executed three of them, the other four surrendered as they said they would stay in the train to be picked up. The three then began walking out of the train as Leo woke up and quickly followed. The group would stay quiet as they walked back to the hummer. Aust would then stop as he looked at his teamates.

"Mates, we all know how much of a tough mother*ucker Frankie is, but that Sammy punk aint no chump. He is good, which is why I want you to guys to keep looking and when you think you found everyone in Vologograd, then come back to where Bernard got shot." Aust said as his teamates nodded and drove off to eplore the rest of Vologorad, they dropped thier leader off at the apartment buliding Sam was hiding in. Aust would notice that Frankie was no longer outside. Aust would then quietly sneeak in with his revoler in hand.
