Combat Terrain: R'lyeh
It all depends on whether or not Power Girl starts the fight by speed blitzing Invisible Woman. Due to the terrain, I am leaning towards she won't start off going as fast as she can which allows Invisible Woman to pull out some shields and maybe even give Power Girl a lobotomy (cause yes, she has done this before when in actual danger.)
