Venom 2009 Posted October 3 Read Aloud Posted October 3 I use the Random Character button and AI to make this match. ------- The facility on Titan Station had gone dark fourteen hours ago. The last transmission from Director Lawson contained only three words: "They're not human." Now, the Illusive Man stared at the reconnaissance feed from his orbiting command center, his cigarette smoke curling upward as the horror unfolded. His Cerberus operatives—biotic shock troops, phantom assassins, centurion heavy armor divisions—were being dismantled. Not by Reapers. Not by Collectors. By something worse. The White Martians had come. They moved through bulkheads like smoke, shifting from solid to intangible in microseconds. Cerberus's advanced kinetic barriers meant nothing when the enemy could phase through walls and re-materialize inside your ribcage. The aliens were pale, eyeless, apex predators—shapeshifters who could read minds, turn invisible, and tear titanium apart with thought alone. And they were angry. Months ago, Cerberus had captured a stranded White Martian scout ship, hoping to unlock the secrets of their phasing technology and telepathic abilities. The experiments had been... thorough. Now, the Martian fleet had arrived in the Sol System, and they intended to erase humanity's "evolutionary pretenders" from existence. "All stations, this is the Illusive Man," he transmitted, his voice calm despite the carnage on his screens. "Initiate Protocol Prometheus. Deploy the incendiary ordnance. These creatures have a weakness to thermal energy—we will burn them from the stars if necessary." But on Titan Station, the White Martian war party had already infiltrated the command deck. Their leader, a towering albino nightmare with shifting facial features, studied the human technology with telepathic contempt. "These mammals dare to cage our kind? We will hollow out their organization and wear their skins. Earth will never see us coming." The Arena: Titan Station, a Cerberus research outpost orbiting Saturn—narrow corridors perfect for ambush, laboratory chambers filled with experimental weapons (and the remnants of failed Martian containment), and zero-gravity sections. The Stakes: Survival of the fittest. The White Martians intend to eliminate Cerberus as a warning to all of humanity, then use their shapeshifting abilities to infiltrate Earth's governments. Cerberus must contain the breach using fire-based weaponry, psychic dampeners, and sheer ruthless ingenuity, or watch their entire operation—and humanity's future—be consumed by Martian telepathic conquest. The Dynamic: An unstoppable force meeting an amoral object. The White Martians possess every physical and mental advantage—strength, speed, intangibility, mind-reading—while Cerberus brings experimental thermal weapons, indoctrination-hardened troops immune to telepathic suggestion, and a willingness to sacrifice entire stations to achieve victory. Macklemore Posted October 3 Read Aloud Posted October 3 Don't think Cerberus has what it takes to fight against an army of White Martians. Despite wanting to vote for them, on account of keeping humanity safe as I'm frankly a part of it, the White Martians wipe us out and there's nothing Cerberus can do to stop them. 1 Quote

I'm inclined to agree. Good matchup though. 1 Quote
