A rift opens between worlds—not with the solemn majesty of Aslan’s will, but with the messy, sparking, accidental kind of dimensional tear that tends to follow Bun-Bun around like a bad credit score. One moment he’s chasing Kiki with a switchblade for “borrowing” his sunglasses; the next, he’s tumbling through a shimmering crack in reality and landing in a forest that is definitely not the Dimension of Pain, but also definitely not safe for anyone involved.

Susan Pevensie, now older and carrying herself with the poise of someone who has been both a queen and a refugee, is tracking strange disturbances near the Lantern Waste. She’s armed with her bow, her quiver, and the kind of calm alertness that comes from years of being the most sensible person in any room.

She hears rustling. Then swearing. Then the unmistakable sound of a tiny creature threatening to “stab the universe until it apologizes.”

Susan steps into the clearing.

Bun-Bun—three pounds of pure attitude, holding a knife that looks far too large for his paw—spins around. His eyes narrow. “You. Tall lady. Pointy stick. You look like someone who respects personal space. I hate that.”

Susan, who has dealt with talking animals before, does not flinch. “You’re armed. You’re agitated. And you’re clearly lost. Put the knife down.”

Bun-Bun grins the way only a homicidal rabbit can. “Make me.”

The forest goes still. Even the trees seem to lean back.

Susan draws an arrow with the smooth, practiced motion of a former Queen of Narnia. Bun-Bun twirls his blade like he’s auditioning for a very illegal circus.

Two very different worlds collide: disciplined royal archer versus chaotic, knife-wielding lagomorph menace.
