Boratz Posted February 13 Read Aloud Posted February 13 II. SHOCKWAVES were sent across the many different stars in universe. It was not the battle that sent these shockwaves, but the dark magic that was conjured before the battle erupted and after it had reached its end. Ancient and malevolent powers from across the universe caught sight of the dark magic that was conjured. These ancient evils did not simply witness the power being conjured; they became obsessed with harnessing it. There were countless stars scattered throughout the universe and each one held potential for power beyond comprehension. Several dangerous beings took notice of the chaotic magic that was used by the Overlord of Evil. It was only a matter of time before these dangerous beings explored their curiosity and traveled the stars to find the source of this magic. It was only a matter of time before the darkness sought out other darkness. With the multitude of conflicts spread throughout the universe, power was always sought after. Within a realm filled with magic and wonder. This realm, known as Dungeons and Dragons, was filled with adventure and conflicts of many kinds. There were campaigns filled with world-changing battles and heists that could change the destiny of any thief. Deep in the heart of this magical and dangerous realm was an evil sorcerer that sought to become more powerful. He searched high and low for magical weapons and secrets that could bolster his own power. His goal, along with becoming the most powerful being in the realm, was to bring an end to his own father and the one being that the sorcerer fears most. While summoning the darkest of spells and conjuring magic that was long thought forgotten, Venger saw a glimpse of the power that was being displaced outside of his realm. This power spread from behind this world and through the stars in the sky. A sharp smile formed across the cheeks of the powerful sorcerer. Perhaps this magic would be the key to unlocking unlimited power. In a world filled with magic and technology, the menacing sorcerer believed that this world was the key to achieving all his goals. Perhaps this world was the key to obtaining weapons powerful enough to destroy the Dungeon Master and take control of the entire realm. Perhaps it would give him power of all in the universe. Riding upon his twisted and malicious steed, Venger rode upon the back of Night-Mare. Alongside the power-seeking sorcerer, his trusted minion known as the Shadow Demon and an army of deadly creatures followed the ruthless wizard into a portal that was conjured up by Venger himself. Across the many different stars and realms, the wicked army of Venger traveled. Through space and time, they traveled across the universe as if no time had passed at all. While traveling through this conjured portal of the darkest of magic, Venger received visions that spanned from across the universe. In these intense visions, he saw metallic transforming beasts that battle one another as their planet was dying. Another vision centered on a dangerous warrior covering in armor that would appear as if it cut a person to shreds. There were visions of dinosaurs covered in a multitude of weapons and technology while other visions saw a peaceful village of small blue beings being stalked back a man in black. That was only a glimpse of what he saw in all those visions. It was only a mere fraction of what was hidden in this vast and infinite universe that he was traveling through with his army. Venger knew all too well that even if he defeated his foes along with conquering the realm of Dungeons and Dragons, there was still an entire universe that lived within the stars. That was something that fascinated that ruthless sorcerer. After arriving in a world of technology and magic, Venger's focus shifted from the dark magic that he tracked here to another source of power. It was a power that lay within a sword. It was a Sword of Power. It was the Sword of Grayskull. Within the Royal Palace of Eternos, "PLANT YOUR FEET, ADAM!" Duncan shouted as he watched the sidelines. Prince Adam swung the wooden sword as hard as he could, but he was not fast enough to block Teela's counter move. The Captain of the Royal Guard moved at great speed when Adam found himself on the ground before he realized what was happening. Teela chuckled as she swung that practice in her hand as if she had done his thousands of times before. She circled around the young prince while shaking her head. She had not even broken as sweat and yet, Adam was drenched. The young prince wiped a line of sweat from his face as he started to push himself to his feet. His eyes started to move along the room as he glanced at Duncan, Cringer, and Orko. "You're lucky that you hide in the palace during conflicts!" Teela said sharply. "You would not last in a battle against Skeletor's forces..." "I'm sure I could do something useful in battle." Adam said with a smile before glancing over at Duncan and the others. A stern look came over Duncan's face as he shook his head. Adam knew all too well what that look meant. "I think he's had enough for today." Duncan declared. "At least we have He-Man to count on..." Teela quipped as she placed the practice weapon back on its stand. "Because the Prince here is not someone we can count on if we keep coddling him!" "As I said, Teela... I think he's had enough for today." Duncan reiterated. "So, Adam!" Orko exclaimed as he floated around the group. "Do you want to see this cake disappear?" The small, magical being gestured at a cake lying on the table. "Uhhh.... Last time you tried a trick like this, it ended up all over me." Duncan moaned. "I promise that I have been working on it!" Orko said as he waved his hands around. With a couple sparks and flashes, the cake levitated away from the table and up in the air. Orko made a couple sounds while twirling his hands around. Suddenly, the sparks seemingly exploded, and the cake dropped from the air. Landing on top of the Man-At-Arms, Duncan became covered in all the frosting and icing. "ORKO!" Duncan shouted while wiping the icing away from his face. Adam leaned back laughing as Duncan chased after the Trollan. While Adam and Cringer laughed, Teela could not bring herself to even a small chuckle. Deep in her chest, she felt as if something was wrong. She felt something terrible was about to happen. The laughing soon came to a stop as a faint sound filled the room around. It was the sound of a horn being blown. Duncan stopped and shot a glance at both Teela and Adam. "Eternos is under attack!" Duncan yelled. "Cringer, I think you and I better get out of here. This is no place for us." Adam added while gesturing at his feline companion. "Typical, always running away from the fight." Teela hissed while shooting a piercing glare at the Prince of Eternos. "Hey, what can I say? I leave the warrior stuff to you and the Man-At-Arms over there!" Adam joked while glancing over at Duncan. Duncan gave him a stoic look before slightly nodding. The Man-At-Arms turned his attention to Teela. "Gather the troops. We have a kingdom to defend." Duncan said before wiping away more of the cake from his face and body. Teela and Duncan ran off to prepare for the battle to come. As they disappeared, Adam smiled before heading back to his quarters with Cringer. Immediately, the Prince of Eternos sauntered toward a secret area in his room. After opening a compartment, he saw the Power Sword sitting in front of him. It was as if it was calling out to him. The young prince reached for the sword and his fingers wrapped around the hilt. Despite the numerous times that he carried this majestic weapon; he was still in awe of the power that it held. Taking a step back, Adam held the sword up to the air. As he had down countless times before, he yelled out, “By the power of Grayskull! I have the power!” A blinding light shot down from the heavens and struck the sword. His body glowed bright as he transformed into the most powerful man in the universe. Soon Adam transformed into He-Man. The Most Powerful Man in the Universe soon aimed his blade toward his faithful feline companion. The cowardly green and yellow feline transformed into a fierce armored tiger known as Battle Cat. He-Man hopped onto the back of his armored companion, and they charged toward the battle. Meanwhile, Weapons clashed while forces of good and evil fought against one another. It was chaos. King Randor led the Man-At-Arms, Teela, and the other heroic warriors of Eternos against this new threat. At first, they thought it was Skeletor and his forces, but something was different. The enemy troops were unlike any Skeletor had ever commanded. Ram Man busted through a line of these strange new enemies while Fisto and Clamp Champ fought as hard as they could. Buzz-Off flew high above the battle as Mekaneck and Roboto stood their ground. During the brutal battle, a dark shadow flew through the skies above and landed before the heroes. A black fire breathing horse caused the heroes to stumble back before the rider climbed off and stood before the heroes. With a powerful blast, the menacing sorcerer knocked the heroes back. Before he could inch forward, he heard the roars and the growls of a creature fast approaching. Venger’s eyes shifted, and he turned his head in the direction of the thunderous roars. Through the smoke, he saw the outline of a muscular warrior sitting on the back of a large, armored tiger. Despite the sight of the warrior and his warrior tiger, that was not what caught the attention of the powerful wizard. He could see the Sword of Power within the grasp of the muscular warrior. “So, you must be the Champion of Eternia that wields the Sword of Power?” Venger muttered while pointing at He-Man. Gazing upon the demonic figure, He-Man quickly realized that this was not one of Skeletor’s minions. This was something else entirely. “I don’t know who you are, but you are not welcome here. I suggest you leave now and never come back!” He-Man declared while hopping off the back of Battle Cat. “I am not leaving without that sword…” Venger hissed before summoning his power to attack the Eternia’s Champion. “Even if that means killing you here and now…” “Then you will be sorely disappointed!” He-Man responded as he inched the Power Sword back in a defensive position.

leroypowell3 Posted February 16 Read Aloud Posted February 16 Venger in very powerful but He-Man is too much for him. He's probably comparable to Count Marzo, but Skeletor ended up chumping him Marzo in one episode from the 2002 series. 1
JohnnyChany Posted February 18 Read Aloud Posted February 18 Great choice for a matchup, a natural crossover. Going with He-Man I believe he has "the power" to win this fight. 1
