Kane's reputation for being reliable and on script most times is definitely going to make more buzz. Kurt has done this before, so he is less likely to make as much buzz as someone who doesn't do it going off script. Kane on top.

Too me a little too long to respond here, lol. 

Neither is particularly known for going off-script, but at least there are some stories about Kurt breaking kayfabe to an extent.

Most Angle fans know about the Daniel Puder incident, but Kurt also legit beat up a young John Cena in a dark match after Cena brought an audience member's foam hand into the ring to mock Angle.
