This is Goku Jr. This is the GT version that is a Pan's grandson. 

 

I think Ainz has a world item tucked away that could win this fight.

You're right. I parsed it as Kid Goku specifically. Ainz probably has this.

None that I know of. Whoever picked Goku Jr really messed up here. Gonna be really hard to argue for someone with almost zero feats.
