Mr. Ogg is literally the Mr. Mxyzptlk of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise and is one of the most powerful entities in the franchise-- ranging from reality warping powers, to multidimensional travel, and even so much as transporting other versions of the TMNT to face off each other in the upcoming Battle Nexus comic by IDW. We've only seen two instances of Mr. Ogg in the original cartoon series, and twice so far in the continuing comic series Saturday Morning Adventures by IDW but he has been shown to perform physics defying or even straight physics breaking feats, even transmutating object or straight up conjuration. In the context of the 1980's TV series, Mr. Ogg is a living cartoon character.
