IKA Posted February 2 Read Aloud Posted February 2 This Flash Fiction challenge has a maximum Word Count of 2500 words per match entry. The match set-up must be 2500 words or less. Use Word Count Tool to weigh your entry. Theme: Follow your Heat. Two character who have opposing views on love must be central to their conflict, The encounter must force them to confront each other's perspective or be the reason they are in a conflict. Examples: A hero who believes love makes them stronger meets a villain who sees love as weakness during a confrontation. Two heroes clash when one tries to stop the other from sacrificing everything to save their loved one. A character who abandoned love for power faces off against one who gained power through bonds of love. A pragmatic hero who makes logical choices collides with one who always follows their heart. Players must use two contenders (and only two) in a 1 vs. 1 match. The two contenders can be anyone from any category of the CBUB Character Database, however the conflict must be consistent with the them of love. Players are free to add new characters to the CBUB Character Database for use in the Tournament matches. Matches: Players will create One Tournament match in the month of February with the above theme. And only one. Whoever enters the highest rated match wins. Prizes: 1 Grand Prize - $25 Digital Visa gift card

Your match has been moved to the CBUB Hall of Fame and copy/pasted into the Outstanding Fight Set-ups thread. Hopefully, the next Flash Fiction Challenge will have more participants.
