Rumble 21109 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Mirage) and The Manhattan Clan vs. Man-Bat and The Lizard

Taking place during a dark a stormy night, the TMNT and Gargoyles take it upon themselves attempting to take out Man-Bat and the Lizard. The two villains have been running wild through the city ravaging everyone and everything in their paths. With only a short period of prep team 1 must jump into action to halt the madness. Can team 1 handle the heavy hitters of team 2 causing retreat or perhaps even killing them? Or will team 2 shrug off team 1's attack plans and give them an official bad guy beatdown?

You can edit the title, too, you know.  Not sure how much it would matter, though, since the Gargoyles are still listed in the voting options. 

But yeah, the Mirage Turtles just may have a shot here, but I think they'd have to somehow lure the Lizard to a favorable environment to take him down.

Tend to agree with this. Any advantage Man-Bat and Lizard may have on an individual basis would not be large enough to take down entire teams. I think you could argue for individuals on either the Turtles or Manhattan Clan who could take down Lizard or Man-Bat.

Individually defiantly would be much closer. I could see a turtle going down to Lizard and even Man-Bat could get a 'V' but one of the Gargoyles would take some argument to convince me especially for Man-Bat.
