I'd go with team Marvel. Spiderman is always above Batman and Moonknight and Deadpool will be great help.

I think the only advantage the DC side may have is Deathstroke depending on who he goes against but there are too many advantageous matchups for the Marvel side.

While that is generally true, Beyond's suit makes him on pretty even footing with most Spidermen physically. His biggest disadvantage would be not having Spider-sense, but if memory serves, Spiderman 2099 doesn't have that either. I actually think those two are pretty even physically. In my opinion, the matchup depends most on Deadpool and Moon Knight. I Deathstroke would be a good match for either of them individually, but I don't know if Red Hood would be and to take them. Team DC is probably smarter, so it comes down to whether or not Deathstroke can come up with a plan before Red Hood gets overwhelmed by his opponent in my eyes
