Close call Poet, you were a fine adversary. Exal's critique definitely helped btw (for example; there's a fine line between successfully homaging tropes prominent in the 90's and having your story coming off as being written with a lot of bad tropes that were prominent in the 90's), next one will be better! Now then, I'm ready for round 2. PS:Bring on the reject bracket!(no offense)
